How to Connect a Client With Golden Counseling
1. Submit a Service Request
Complete our online service request form. This allows our office to gather basic information and determine next steps.
2. Initial Consultation
Our office will review the request and connect with the family to discuss concerns, availability, and appropriate treatment recommendations.
3. Ongoing Collaboration
With appropriate releases of information, Golden Counseling values collaboration with referring providers to support continuity of care and coordinated treatment.
